the hotel view is beautiful and elegant. we love there are lots of pools. all staff are so nice, always smiling and very helpful. i found everything was clean and nice. the food was delicious and each meal was unique.

i felt drinks choice was limited. cocktails are not consistent with quality and are either too weak or too strong. this happened often.

the hotel arranged transfers to the airport upon request with punctuality. staff always addressed me by name. the concierge assisted me with information about local attractions, providing maps and recommendations.

the view from my room was definitely a highlight. i booked a prime room sea view and waking up to it each morning was quite special. the food at the buffet was varied, i found something new to try each day. the staff was friendly and cute too (denys at the bar was particularly good).

the resort app was not very useful. it wasn't updated and the information was incorrect. i tried to contact reception via whatsapp, but no one answered (it reminded me of a waste of time). also, the wi-fi connection was terrible throughout my stay.

The SPA facility was wonderful, as was the hair salon. The Japanese Restaurant provided an extraordinary culinary experience. I really appreciated the prompt response of the personnel to requests. The staff were kind and very professional.

The resort photographers often circulated the pool areas daily. They tried to upsell their services. They sometimes disturbed guests resting poolside (which was a small annoyance).

The reception was elegant. The ladies there were generous and helpful. There were powerful men always ready to assist guests with their needs. Kiki from guest relations always wore a lovely smile.

I stayed in a Casa Swim Up Sea View room, and it was worth the extra expense. The room was serviced daily, and there were fresh towels. Plenty of drinks were always available in the room (which I appreciated).
